擴大數位內容 宏碁攜手英特爾

為擴大數位內容強度，宏碁近期動作頻頻，昨（28）日宣布攜手英特爾，旗下部分筆電及平板，將搭載英特爾專為教育市場開發的IES（Intel Education Software）軟體，一同搶攻數位教育大餅；另外，在娛樂遊戲部分，也結盟社群軟體商SweetLabs、遊戲大廠Zynga，等同吞下娛樂內容大補丸。

英特爾布局教育市場多時，已在100個國家推廣數位IT教育計畫，超過1,000萬學生曾使用過英特爾教育科技方案。目前宏碁旗下的11.6吋TravelMateB113筆電、10.1吋Win8平板電腦W510/W510P，為首波內建IES方案的產品，後續宏碁也規劃全線教育產品都會搭載IES軟體。

另外，軟硬整合已是大勢所趨，宏碁新設立Acer Games遊戲中心，目前已內建在最新的R7變形筆電，預計今年夏天多數機種都會安裝Acer Games，並會在多個國家上線；不只如此，宏碁還找上開發Pokki應用程式平台的SweetLabs公司，以及知名社群遊戲廠商Zynga，展開多方合作，豐富Acer Games的內容。

宏碁與SweetLabs策略合作後，未來旗下Win8個人電腦中的Acer Games遊戲中心，都會內建Pokki應用程式平台，消費者就可以免費玩時下最夯的遊戲，包括Zynga開發的網頁遊戲，如《FarmVille 2》、《Hidden Chronicles》等，另外也有網頁遊戲商Kabam開發的遊戲。
