開幕12連勝　老虎薛澤27年來第1人

【姚瑞宸／ 綜合報導】老虎隊投手薛澤(Max Scherzer )今天對光芒隊之戰，先發7局失3分，在隊友火力支援下以6比3獲勝，成為繼1986年「火箭人」克萊門斯( Roger Clemens)後，相隔27年再度寫下開季12連勝紀錄的投手。
薛澤此役先發7局被擊出4支安打，包括2發全壘打失掉3分。幸賴隊友卡布雷拉(Miguel Cabrera)單場雙響砲，攻下3打點，「小王子」費爾德(Prince Fielder )也揮出2分全壘打，投打聯手終止老虎隊最近的3連敗。
