男女嬰失衡 衛署禁母血篩選

（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北2013年6月28日電）行政院衛生署今天召開相關工作會議，對男女嬰性別失衡的現狀，從源頭管制，會議共識是禁止以孕婦血液以PCR方式，篩選性別。

衛生署國民健康局長邱淑媞在臉書上表示，支持禁止母血PCR胎兒性別檢測，且獲得署長邱文達支持。

副局長孔憲蘭受訪時表示，現今用在胎兒性別篩選科技是抽取母血進行PCR(聚合(酉每)連鎖反應)篩檢，日前台大婦產科施姓醫師也表示，管控男女嬰性別失衡最主要是從源頭管理。

孔憲蘭指出，上午召開出生性別比工作小組會議，會議共識是禁止以母血PCR方式，篩選性別，從源頭管理。
