大家好事情是這樣子小弟老婆這禮拜剛好生產所以小弟跟公司請了陪產假三天就在請假的第二天主管先透過另一個同事唆使他打電話給我告知我如果第三天下午沒去公司上班叫我下禮拜去填離職單後來我得知這種情況打電話給我主管詢問他是否有這種情況他語帶恐嚇的說如果你第三天下午不出現的話下禮拜就去填離職單離職請問一下這樣子有違反勞基法嗎我可以對主管提出恐嚇之情事嗎請有經驗的人可以幫我一下另外我是要先跟上級長官報備還是直接提報勞工局會比較好呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.31.177.210
