狂吃山粉圓便秘　挖出拳頭大糞石

【綜合報導】一名男子平常排便順暢，日前接連一星期照三餐喝山粉圓，結果反而便秘，即使吞通便藥劑也無效，最後醫生只好直接從肛門挖便，結果挖出約一個拳頭大的「糞石」。

《聯合報》報導，收治這名患者的屏東基督教醫院肝膽腸胃科醫師林連豐說，山粉圓含有天然膳食纖維，有助排便，但該名男子短時間內攝取量太大，反而無法消化，堆積在腸胃。男子被挖出的糞石又乾又硬，且還混著山粉圓。
