美參院通過移民改革法　1100萬非法移民將受惠

【綜合報導】美國國會參議院今日通過全面移民改革法案，將讓1100萬非法移民有機會成為公民。 　

參議院經過多年努力，今日以68票對32票通過這項法案。這項法案也將獲總統歐巴馬支持，將投資460億美元經費，加強邊界安全，並修改美國的簽證制度，規定未取得法定文件的非法移民須等候13年，才能申請公民身分。
