【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】南韓企劃財政部長玄旿錫表示，要應對QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）預備退場帶來的市場變動，不過，據《華爾街日報》（Wall Street Journal）報導指出，國際信評機構惠譽（Fitch）亞太主權評等負責人高翰德（Andrew Colquhoun）表示，QE退場並不會成為惠譽評級南韓的主因，因為早在1年前評估時就已納入此因素。
