劉家酸白菜火鍋高雄市左營區介壽路227號 07-5886855 消費時間:2013/6 圖文網誌版http://www.319travel.idv.tw/article.php?id=47 ========================================================= 上次吃酸菜白肉鍋應該有3年多了,還是一樣去高雄左營吃比較到味... 一去就沒有位置先等啦!! 今天點的是650套餐,小鍋&15顆水餃&牛肉捲餅&2盤小菜... 小菜自助式,拿涼拌小黃瓜&涼拌筍子小黃瓜有入味,但是沒有很脆有的偏軟, 筍子有脆但是味道比較重...需要搭味食物吃上菜速度非常快,水餃跟捲餅先上,接著就上酸菜鍋... 水餃我個人沒那麼喜歡, 因為麵皮比較厚,內餡都是肉, 我個人比較偏愛內菜跟肉比例要一致而且皮要薄... 捲餅裡面有生菜加美奶醬還不錯,捲餅餅皮不油,麵皮香味很足, 雖然麵皮偏乾但是生菜跟美奶滋醬有補充水分,所以吃起來還很順口... 酸菜白肉雖然是小鍋,但是裡面的料滿滿滿.... 湯頭真的很好喝,一入口酸,但是酸味不會殘留口中,很清爽!! 套餐真的不是2人就能吃完的...吃到很東西還剩超多的, 就外帶了,店家很貼心外帶時還附上一小包酸菜送客人,真是不錯!! -- 台灣旅遊全攻略-網路熱門和私房景點整理 http://www.319travel.idv.tw -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.226.42
