中壢市知名的綠光花園餐廳二館因在農地上蓋違建，今被桃園縣政府工務局派員強制拆除。
桃園縣政府工務局主任祕書江南志說，2009間就已查報中壢綠光花園餐廳違建，並通知補証及改正，但餐廳仍繼續營業；今年四月一日予以斷水斷電，五月一日前往餐廳張貼自拆公告，要求在本月十一日前自行拆除，未料，二十一日前往查勘，業者竟枉顧消費者安全，自行接水接電持續營業，因此今天派員強制拆除。
