環保署今天發布「機動車輛停車怠速管理辦法」第4 條、第5條修正條文，即日起當天氣預報最高溫度超過30℃、停車時正值下雨、計程車排班候客、車上有乘客及行動不便者上下車等排除管制，民眾或車輛駕駛因為這些原因停車未熄火，不會受罰。
