教師侵占公款遭判刑　學校輕懲挨批

【涂建豐／高雄報導】高市鳳山新甲國小老師鍾永吉在教務主任任內遭控侵占詐欺公款27萬元，法院判決鍾1年2個月徒刑，緩刑4年，不料學校考績會開會竟決議僅記大過一次懲處。今天上午有四位家長不滿該處分太輕，召開記者會表示，鍾已符合《教師法》第14條「行為不檢，有損師道」，應該解聘或不續聘的條件，學校做法根本是「師師相護」。
 
高市教育局也認為該懲處太輕、不適當，將退回學校重議。
