台股開盤　小跌4點開出 台積電下跌1.4%

【陳佩嘉／台北報導】台股周一小跌4點，以7788點開出，不過台積電開盤下跌逾1%，表現弱勢。歐美股市上周五漲跌互見，台股本周有證所稅闖關、摩台指結算等多空因素，法人認為雖然有機會反彈，向上在7900點即面臨壓力。
