（中央社記者田裕斌台北24日電）根據顧能(Gartner)預估，今年全球半導體製造設備支出358億美元，較2012年衰退5.5%。

資訊科技業調查及諮詢公司顧能表示，半導體市場疲弱的情況持續到2013年第1季，使得新設備採購面臨下滑壓力；不過，半導體設備季度營收已開始好轉，此外，訂單出貨比轉正也顯示設備支出將於今年後期回溫。

顧能預測，2014年半導體資本支出將增加14.2%，2015年將進一步成長10.1%。下一次的周期衰退出現在2016年，將略減3.5%，2017年將重回正成長。1020624
