雇主以業績不佳為由要開除我

我目前在百貨專櫃任職從去年10月份至今
因為櫃位在四月底時從三樓搬至二樓
因此業績有些下滑
我們本身是屬於臨時櫃那公司很積極的希望我們做好才有辦法成為正櫃

前幾天我因身體不舒服請了代班幫我上班
但是未告知公司
