行政院上午舉行臨時院會，通過會計法覆議案，將呈請總統，移送立法院。行政院長江宜樺表示，社會各界對此案有不同看法，為符合平等明確原則，政院依憲法增修條文，提起覆議。江宜樺指示政務委員薛琦、羅瑩雪，邀集相關部會，包括國科會、教育部、內政部、主計總處，共同研議未來立法院可能進行修法，提出相對應準備。
