歐洲暴雨成災釀5死 捷克陷緊急狀態

台灣今天受鋒面影響，降雨機率升高，而在歐洲這幾天也因為暴雨成災，目前已經至少造成五人死亡，其中德國、奧地利等國都出動軍隊救災，捷克也宣佈全國大部分地區進入緊急狀態。

滾滾河水從山上奔流而下，再多的沙包最後也是聊備一格。連續幾天的豪雨，讓歐洲多條河川水位暴漲，從德國、奧地利，到東歐的波蘭、捷克通通拉起警報。巴伐利亞的多瑙河，水位逼近十公尺、幾乎要爆表，而且還在升高。

童話般的中世紀小鎮巴索，一點都浪漫不起來。東部薩克森邦的開姆尼斯，消防隊員用擴音器、沿街呼籲鎮民疏散。奧地利部份地區，短短幾天就降下兩個月的雨量，災情是11年來最慘重，波蘭布布爾河沿岸的民眾更是凌晨被水聲驚醒，差點來不及逃命。

而在捷克，全國13個區已經有至少7區進入緊急狀態。流經首都布拉格的伏塔瓦河，水面幾乎要漫過橋面，當局宣佈關閉地鐵站以及西部九條鐵路線，並派出300名士兵投入救災。

目前雨勢雖然暫時緩和，但氣象預報未來幾天、還是可能降下豪雨，會不會重演2002年中歐淹水的惡夢，大家現在只能屏息祈禱。（民視新聞綜合報導）
