議員關切校園防毒

新北市政總質詢日前由民進黨議員李倩萍、周雅玲、江永昌等，針對會計法、校園防毒、台灣電影文化中心及加強原民族母語教育等議題提出聯合質詢。

市議員李倩萍質詢時表示，校園毒品氾濫成災，從二○○四到二○一○年，青少年犯下與毒品有關的刑案數增加十一倍，去年青少年涉嫌吸毒被抓的人數更比前年增加近三百人，且之前多次質詢要求市府應針對區高中以下各級學校採取全面性抽檢，但教育局都回答礙於人權或隱私不能做，之前並向新竹市調資料，發現新竹市已經針對國一、國二生展開全面尿篩，但新北怎不行？

市長朱立倫針對校園防毒議題表示，今年是新北市的校園反毒年，市府將透過高關懷青少年通報中心及擴大防毒尿液篩檢對象，並參考議員所提意見，及早發現問題並透過預防措施，教育局將研究以不定期抽檢的方式來檢驗，以達到校園全面反毒。
