郝龍斌：12年國教應有排富條款

面對十二年國教是否排富，台北市長郝龍斌表示，十二年國教並非義務教育，地方政府的財源應用在刀口上，也才符合公平正義原則，他強調「12年國教應有排富條款」。

媒體追問，排富條款的規則在哪？郝龍斌表示，現正研究中，會積極與教育部溝通，讓教育部了解地方政府的想法。
