立院周四開臨時會　處理政院覆議案

立院今針對召開臨時會事宜舉行朝野協商，朝野達成如下共識：談話會於6月13日召開，中午程序委員會，下午處理行政院所提覆議案，記名投票表決。14日邀請行政院長江宜樺進行12年國教政策報告備詢。有關行政院提出覆議案、立法院提出復議案的競合問題，每會期最後一次會通過的議案送總統後，立院可否提復議，交法制局研究，再提朝野協商討論。

至於覆議案是否邀請閣揆說明？立法院長王金平表示，大家這次意見很一致，所以沒有邀請閣揆報告。未來修法方向？王金平說，協商未討論，以後就以後的事。
