1.想找的餐飲類別 義大利菜 2.用餐地區 台北或是台中 3.每人預算 好吃就好 無上限 4.用餐時段 不限 5.用餐人數 2人 6. 查詢精華區及板面文章後拿不定主意的候選店家 目前只知道大肚皮有披薩豬排 google完只有食譜 找不到餐廳 7.特殊需求 會想要吃這道菜完全是受到日劇dinner影響 真正菜名叫做pizzaiola 也就是有如披薩一般的牛排 具體做法是牛排撒鹽拿去煎 淋上番茄醬 最後放一片mozzarella起司在牛排上 悶到起司開始融化就起鍋裝盤 大肚皮處理這道菜還ok 不過我感覺衝擊性還是差了點 而且是豬排 到底哪裡還有供應這道菜呢~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.41.130
