標題[問題] 常會遇到需要複試的公司嗎

面試了幾間公司後 遇到了一間邀請我去做"複試"的公司 公司應該算是中小公司 複試的用意是你已經被選上了 但是更上層的主管想要多了解你 更確認你是他們的人選 還是一樣從初試篩了一批出來複試 複試在篩一批錄取呢 各位遇到需要複試的公司多嗎 我知道許多大公司好像都會如此 不知道複試還是個人面試嗎 實在是好緊張呀~~~~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.150.175
