(中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2013年6月3日電)記憶體模組大廠，看好第3季DRAM和NAND型快閃記憶體市場缺貨，記憶體封測廠力成 (6239) 今天抗跌走挺。

記憶體模組廠威剛科技 (3260) 表示，第3季動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)，與NAND型快閃記憶體(NANDFlash)市場將同步缺貨，第3季DRAM缺貨情況將較第2季更嚴重。

NAND Flash方面，威剛表示，在固態硬碟、智慧手機及平板電腦強勁需求帶動下，第3季市場也將同步缺貨。
