行政院明舉行臨時會　提會計法覆議案

為解決《會計法》修法爭議，行政院明天將舉行臨時院會，提出覆議案。政院發言人鄭麗文說，臨時院會將只單純通過覆議案，不會另提修法版本，一旦覆議案通過，就等於《會計法》修法回到原點，原版本不存在。

主計處已於上周五下班前，研擬覆議案內容，主要理由包括：《會計法》修法對民代、教授有不同的不罰標準，違反平等原則，未來施行會有窒礙難行之處，同時，《會計法》修法條文中疏漏的「教」字，為避免司法適用的疑慮，提出覆議。

對於立院將舉行臨時會，政院也提出組改、核四公投、證所稅、附屬單位預算案、十二年國教、年金改革、兩岸互設辦事處等修正草案，具有時效性，希望排入臨時會及早通過。
