馬總統能源之旅 蔡批替核四背書

馬總統今天啟動「能源之旅」，率媒體記者參訪核三廠。民進黨前主席蔡英文今天受訪說，能源之旅只是為了核四續建做準備、是在替核四背書。

蔡英文說，馬政府長期來的思考模式以為只要投入大量文宣，就可改變民意方向；但能源政策非常複雜，也需要政府全力投入， 「不是兩天就可解決」。

蔡英文表示，馬總統這趟旅程真正目的不在告訴人民，政府究竟替代性能源做了多少，或在整體能源政策有何規畫，而是在替核四背書；但民意對核四停建很堅定，她勸馬總統應傾聽民意。
