宜縣查毒澱粉　封存逾550公斤

宜蘭市1家麵粉批發商購自雲林縣1家食品公司用製作粉腸的特級紅心粉及豆花粉，驗出添加順丁烯二酸酐，衛生局已要求業者回收，今天上午到該店封存該2批毒澱粉。

衛生局指出，該店批發的豆花粉驗出含776ppm順丁烯二酸酐、特級紅心粉被驗含618.2ppm順丁烯二酸酐。業者進1.2公噸豆花粉與紅心粉，已回收紅心粉189.6公斤、豆花粉364公斤，共553.6公斤封存。
