標題[問題] 前公司薪水算錯要退還問題

大家好 我想請問一下 我今年過完年後離職 前公司通知我她薪水算錯要我退還給他 由於我新工作一直很忙沒有時間抽空去匯款 最近在繳所得稅突然想到 前公司多匯給我的薪水不就會算在我個人所得裡? 因為國稅局不知道我有退還薪水回去 而且都已經提報薪資上去了，我家人說沒辦法改 想請問版上的大家知不知道這該怎麼辦? 是否應該先扣5%所得稅下來? 謝謝!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps我薪水還沒退還回去........這幾天比較有空要去匯款了 --
