中國北京市衛生當局28日公布，住在同市的一名6歲男童確定感染H7N9型禽流感。這是北京市繼4月中一名7歲女童及4歲男童感染以來的第3人。也是本月7日以來感染地區再度出現新的感染者。

根據日本共同通信社29日報導，中國上海市和浙江省這兩個發生多起H7N9型禽流感感染病例的地區，因為在一定期間內均未出現新的感染病例，在17日解除警戒狀態。但是中國首都再次確認感染患者，顯示對於H7N9型禽流感仍應持續戒備，不可放鬆大意。
