外地買進黑鮪魚 花蓮人嘗鮮

花蓮海域沒有產黑鮪魚，但為了讓當地民眾享口福，花蓮的餐廳業者每年都會從外地買進黑鮪魚，今年以40萬的價格，從台東成功買進一尾重達500台斤的黑鮪魚，要讓民眾吃個過癮。

拿出捲尺量一量，這條黑鮪魚長達2.9公尺，重有500台斤，這是花蓮今年第一條買進的黑鮪魚，其實花蓮外海海域並不產黑鮪魚，所以當地餐廳業者每年都得向外地購買，前兩年都是向宜蘭南方澳漁民購買，今年則是以40萬的價格從台東成功漁港買進。

業者也當場測試黑鮪魚的新鮮度，除了看魚的眼睛之外，還可以看嘴巴是否緊閉來判斷新鮮度，今年黑鮪魚捕獲量大增，價格相對比較便宜，民眾若想大飽口福，可要好好抓緊機會。
