標題[問題] 美國加州禁貼隔熱紙，禁裝行車紀錄？

今天與來台的美國友人（美國公民且住在加州十幾年了）聊天他提到加州的規定是汽車的前擋以及正副駕駛處的車窗是禁貼隔熱紙的且法令也禁止裝設行車記錄器（且倒車雷達是近年才比較開始有車款列為標準備配）當然每個州的規定也都不同但加州目前是這樣請問這是真的嗎？有也在美國的版友可以分享一下國內外這方面的民情差異嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.92.152
