調查：近視游泳　7成6選錯泳鏡

據一項民間市調顯示，7成6近視游泳族選錯泳鏡，包括沒有配戴近視泳鏡或配錯度數泳鏡，其中近2成曾出現頭暈或視力模糊，陷入水中危機。

三軍總醫院眼科部主任呂大文指出，體委會調查顯示，學生游泳人數達168萬人，根據教育部統計，去年國高中學生有8成視力不良，推估有超過百萬名近視游泳學生。

呂大文說，在水中因為折射率改變，市面球面泳鏡在水中度數會增、弧面及運動型包覆式泳鏡鏡片會增加散光，因為換氣水上水下，易造成視疲勞或模糊，建議民眾若兩眼度數不同者，選配泳鏡時，以度數較低的為主選配，並挑選絕對平面的泳鏡。
