| 新北施工「沒政府」 大路霸釀8起車禍

【李定宇╱新北報導】位於蘆洲區與五股區交界處的鴨母港溝，長期污染惡臭，新北市水利局從去年9月起、花費近2億7000萬元整治，但遭民眾抱怨施工區域佔據道路，工料隨意堆置相當危險，甚至被議員發現，從今年4月到10月間，因施工範圍無預警擴大，導致擦撞車禍已有8起，議員昨到場會勘，痛批：「工區亂七八糟，簡直像施工沒政府！」要求2天內改善完畢。
