台中地檢署前天下午會同台中衛生局人員，前往位於大肚區的福懋油脂廠進行稽查。約談了福懋油脂的處長林立中、杜姓廠長、丁姓副理、陳姓生產課長等4人後，終於確認該公司六款油品成分不實，其中4款是50％橄欖油摻入50％芥花油；另2款橄欖油則是40％進口橄欖油、40％國產橄欖油加上20％芥花油，其中國產橄欖油購自大統長基等公司。而且橄欖油也不是來自義大利，而是西班牙。
