【張菱育╱台北報導】台北市副市長張金鶚上任後，提出《不動產交易消費資訊管理規範》，要求不動產業發布相關交易資訊要有所本，並於今年7月1日正式實施，已有不少業者陸續收到公文要求像是「捷運出站就到家」、「開窗就可見山、水」等廣告標語提出說明，但也引發批這樣的做法「不治本」。
