| 落漆持刀匪遭空拳制伏 偷變搶刑期翻十倍

【呂健豪／新北報導】又一個掉漆賊！新北市1名40歲劉姓男子，今天凌晨侵入石碇1所民宅企圖行竊，遭返家屋主發現竟然拿出預藏的摺疊刀威嚇，不料被害人無所畏懼上前與之發生扭打，過程中手臂雖不慎遭割傷，但仍奮勇將歹徒制伏，並打電話報警將其逮捕。
劉嫌遭逮後，向警方供稱年紀大找不到工作，生活困苦才會行竊，警方從嫌犯身上起出行竊所得的6千多元現金與3條香煙，訊後依強盜罪嫌移送。據查，該男子有傷害、竊盜、強盜、恐嚇、妨害自由等多項前科，這次行竊失風亮刀傷人，犯行從刑度6個月以上、5年以下有期徒刑的竊盜罪變成5年以上有期徒刑的強盜罪。
