| 宏碁第三季虧百億 王振堂請辭

（中央社記者張良知台北5日電）宏碁5日通過第三季財報，營業淨損新台幣25.7億元，因提列無形資產減損，導致稅後淨損131.2億元，單季EPS為-4.82元。因宏碁連續幾年財務不佳，董事長暨執行長王振堂請辭。
宏碁指出，董事會決定王振堂董事長職務至明年6月本任期屆滿，執行長人選經董事會遴選委員會多次面談後，決定由總經理翁建仁接任，明年1月1日生效。
