【方翊倩／綜合報導】衛生福利部上周三發出烏龍公文，要求各縣市政府將三十七項脂肪酸檢驗不完全符合的油品下架，隨後撤銷該公文。民進黨立委林淑芬昨爆料，是衛福部部長邱文達在當日食安小組會議指示下架，有油廠老闆打電話給衛福部次長許銘能施壓，才撤銷公文。
今日出版的《蘋果》報導，林淑芬昨指，是一位得力幕僚「高主任」向衛福部高層獻策撤銷原公文，並將事件定調為誤繕公文。邱文達原以為懲處食品藥物管理署區管中心主任潘志寬、副主任許景鑫之後就沒事，但上周三食安小組會議紀錄清楚記載是「依部長指示下架」。
