| 福懋油摻偽油 依詐欺罪送辦

〔自由時報記者蔡淑媛、楊政郡、張菁雅／綜合報導〕福懋油脂公司六款橄欖油摻偽，掀起重大食安風波，衛生局轉述業者表示已嚴重損害商譽和經營，決定全面退出小包裝油品市場，目前已下架回收摻偽橄欖油，共一萬二千五百餘公斤，六日將全數送往嘉義製成工業用油。
台中市衛生局食品藥物科長陳淑惠表示，檢方有調出福懋近三年的進出貨單，獲知三年來有向大統買問題油，混合其中兩款橄欖油販賣，將福懋業者依食品衛生管理法的摻偽和刑法詐欺罪移送。衛生局也依食品衛生法標示不實開罰一千二百萬元和規避稽查三百萬元，合計一千五百萬元。
