【張麗娜／台北報導】國民黨擬於全代會上修改黨章明訂總統為當然黨主席。行政院前院長謝長廷下午出席中常會前受訪表示，民進黨現在也是這樣規定，是他當主席時改的，這有很多問題，國民黨的事情他不予批評，但民進黨實驗結果，問題蠻多的。
