| 防外資炒匯祭多招 彭淮南：維持幣值穩定比央行獲利重要

立法院財委會4日赴中央銀行考察外匯交易業務，央行在提供的報告中指出，為防止外資炒匯，除採取緊盯頻繁進出外資、加強大額交易即時通報、比對外資買賣股及匯出入資料，並了解外資新台幣活存帳戶是否依規定僅供股票交割所用等。民進黨立委薛凌也轉述央行總裁彭淮南說法表示，央行外匯政策主要是維持對內及對外幣值穩定，其次才是獲利。
