| 最後通牒若未回應 全面凍結菲勞引進

菲律賓如未在14日午夜12時以前回應我方要求，15日起確定執行最高層級的「全面凍結菲勞引進」。除新申請案不予核准外，已取得許可尚未入境的菲勞，一律不准引進；3年期滿出境再入境菲勞，也不能入境。
勞委會今日表示，配合國家整體政策，現正準備15日上午可能「全面凍結菲勞引進」公告作業的行政程序，凍結菲勞自公告起立即生效，但已經在台的8萬7,000名菲勞，不受影響。

| 新北議員批菲國 要求斷絕交流

國民黨新北市議員金介壽13日要求市府及市議會在菲國正式道歉、賠償及懲凶前，停止與菲國一切交流；議長陳幸進表示，即將進行的新北市議長盃龍舟賽過去有國際人士參加，但今年將「不歡迎」菲律賓人組隊。民進黨議員陳永福提議市府發函給市境內所有菲律賓外勞「每人一張通知」，要求一定期限內離境；但市議會並未進一步討論。

| 新北澄清網站未遭菲駭客攻擊

行政院資通安全辦公室指新北市府3個網站遭菲律賓駭客攻擊。新北市府資訊中心指出，文化局兩個委外網站7日曾遭駭客攻擊，但應與菲律賓駭客攻擊無關；目前各網站運作正常，來自菲國的網路流量並無異常，但為防止駭客攻擊，資訊中心將嚴加戒備，加強弱點掃瞄。
