【黃馨儀／台北報導】繼台紐經濟合作協定簽署後，歷經近3年談判，經濟部早上宣布上午9時30分正式簽署台星經濟夥伴協定（ASTEP），11時30分由經濟部長張家祝與外交部長林永樂共同主持記者會！張家祝表示，這是繼台紐後，台灣和東南亞國家首個簽署的經濟合作協定，對台灣邁向區域經濟整合注入一劑強心針，對台灣朝向經濟自由化與進入區域經濟整合具指標性意義！

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】台星簽下經濟夥伴協定（ASTEP），政大金融系教授朱浩民說：「走出去是最重要的，可以避免被孤立。」他表示，長期來看，簽約動作是正面消息，有助於我國加入其他國際經濟組織，台星簽約顯示中國大陸沒有阻攔我們簽定，透過星加坡繞道進入東協國家。朱預期，未來紡織業等傳統產業應可受惠，若金融業因此繞道東南亞國家發展機會增加，未來也有新的市場經營空間。
