| 偷蔥掉手機 男起訴

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣員山鄉一名黃姓男子與曾姓男子是鄰居，今年八月底，黃男摸黑跑到曾男的蔥田裡偷蔥，前後偷了快百斤，不過黃男偷蔥時掉手機，被到蔥田巡視的曾男撿到，讓他開始起疑，之後更發現黃男在市區路邊賣蔥。因黃男本身不種蔥，懷疑他涉嫌重大，當場報警人贓俱獲，案經宜蘭地檢署偵查終結，認以簡易判決處刑。
檢方調查，黃姓男子（50歲，有竊盜前科）今年8月25日晚間9時許，跑到鄰居曾焰煌的蔥田裡偷得20台斤的青蔥，黃男食髓知味，竟於26日、29日晚間，摸黑跑到曾男的蔥田偷蔥，前後約偷得百斤。曾男於26日發現自家青蔥遭竊後，在蔥田裡發現一支黃男掉落的手機，讓他起疑鄰居就是小偷，開始自行追查揪賊。
