| 許添財批柯文哲「入黨不成又口出惡言」

台大醫師柯文哲日前「危邦不入」談話，引發外界議論。有意參選台北市長的民進黨立委許添財上午痛批柯，把民進黨看衰，就不要在外面製造壓力，要民進黨徵召，「入黨不成，還口出惡言」。
許添財上午接受媒體專訪時，質疑柯的說法。他表示，民進黨有缺點，是事實，需要自我改革，但危邦不入非事實，因為，徵召就要入黨，（柯）要民進黨徵召，卻又要罵民進黨，令他不解。

| 監院報告 籲金管會檢討銀行靜止戶問題

監察院財政及經濟委員會日前通過監委程仁宏、楊美鈴調查「金融機構靜止戶」相關問題的調查報告案，調查發現，截至102年6月底，各金融機構的靜止戶戶數總共4980萬8686戶，金額高達613億3047萬餘元，金管會雖曾函請金融機構應於存款開戶契約中載明有關靜止戶規定內容，並以加大、加粗或特殊明顯字體載明，以提醒消費者注意，善盡告知義務。但並無建立一致性的標準，可資遵循，此易形成各家銀行各行其是，是否均能達成明顯標示的意旨，尚存疑義。
監委表示，金管會應儘速研擬更為便民的靜止戶結清及重新啟用手續，以有效降低靜止戶戶數；另應加強宣導民眾做好個人帳戶管理，以維護自身權益。
