| 進口「橄欖渣油」？ 非關「大統」竟不查！

衛生單位追查大統公司的黑心油品，被發現廠區內的油桶竟然印著POMACE的字樣，由於翻成中文是橄欖油殘渣，屬於致癌物質，但是彰化衛生局卻沒有檢驗動作，理由是這批貨不是從大統所購買，所以不再檢驗範圍，衛生局態度消極令人搖頭，不過我們向專家詢問，發現橄欖油隔水加熱，超過180度就會有變化，另外透過脂肪酸檢驗，也能比對是不是純橄欖油。
把油倒進壺裡隔水加熱，觀察熔點，如果是純的橄欖油超過180度，就會有變化。和春餐館系主任周清富：「那去判斷油有油熔的溫度。」
