| 農保資格鬆 假農民鑽漏洞 監委調查

監委認為目前農保投保資格過於寬鬆、門檻太低，至實際務農人口才50餘萬人，投保人數卻高達140餘萬人，不僅有違公平正義，也加劇了國家財政的負擔。監委沈美真、楊美鈴8日申請自動調查，將了解相關權責機關，制定農保資格辦法是否周延、是否怠忽職守，將調查追究違失責任。
沈美真說，依現行參加農保規定，農地面積在0.1公頃以上，約300坪，每年在國內時間超過1天，或每年農業收入超過新台幣1萬200元就符合資格，農委會並未要求投保者，必須是專業農或兼業農，連休閒農也都可參加農保。
