加拿大「多倫多」市長「福特」吸食古柯鹼「快克」風波不息，「福特」(美東時間)週二舉行記者會，首次承認吸毒，他說明，那可能是一年前，在酒醉時發生，他公開道歉，但堅持不會辭職，而且他還打算明年競選連任。(謝佐人報導)
加拿大最大城市「多倫多」市長「福特」周二舉行記者會，涕淚縱橫地承認自己是在酒醉迷糊中，吸食古柯鹼，他對自己愚蠢的行為感到羞愧，但他說明，自己並非吸毒成癮，也並未酒醉成癮；他公開道歉，但面對外界要求他辭職的呼聲，他堅持不下台，他還打算明年競選連任，他表示，他熱愛自己的工作，而且為了納稅人的緣故，他呼籲大家最好是趕快返回工作崗位。
