| 道地法式鄉村料理 亞都重開張

亞都館內以法式Brasserie酒館風格聞名的麗緻巴賽麗廳歷經4個月整修後重新開幕，估計營運可較過去提升5%到10%，館外事業明年第1季將加快擴張。
亞都新任總經理葛柏麟（Mr. Robert J. Gerber）指出，巴賽麗廳擁有道地的法式餐館風格及原汁原味的法式鄉村料理，悠久純正的 Brasserie血統讓它在競爭激烈的台北餐飲市場中，展現獨特的風貌。
重新開幕的巴賽麗廳，在菜單的設計上更多元，增加香料、調味及有機食材的運用，藉以讓傳統菜色展現新意，希望能為台北市的餐飲文化增添更多活力與豐富色彩。
對於飯店未來展望，葛柏麟表示，亞都麗緻擁有獨特的「軟實力」，貼心的服務是亞都34年來一直維繫的優良傳統與美好特質，其中 7成旅客都是亞都的忠實住客。
