| 發言尺度過寬？檢評會發言人彭文正不續聘

檢察官評鑑委員會將檢察總長黃世銘報法務部移送監察院審議並建議撤職，台大新研所教授、第一屆檢評會發言人彭文正確定不續聘，傳出原因是發言尺度過寬。身為媒體人，彭文正上午表示，評鑑不能妨害真理被發現，「任何事情放陽光下及通風處，才不會發霉。」

| 特偵組發言人：檢評預設立場

針對檢察總長黃世銘被檢評會移送懲處，特偵組發言人張進豐上午表示，檢評會發言人彭文正在評鑑案尚未出爐前，多次形容被評鑑人「臉紅」、「語塞」，甚至指「謊話說愈多破綻愈多」等，明顯有預設立場，評鑑結果不足以採信。

| 退撫基金獲利創近4年新高

退撫基金管委會上午發出新聞稿指出，至102年11月底止整體獲利達新台幣365.3億元，期間收益率高達7.11％，創下近4年來收益新高，更大幅超越年度運用計畫預定收益率3.78％。 退撫基金指出，美國在財政僵局暫告解決後，經濟重回復甦軌道，歐洲央行降息刺激歐元區經濟溫和成長，加上美國量化寬鬆政策暫緩退場，資金流入風險性資產帶動全球股市勁揚。
