| 工業汙染農地 農委會：將索償

農委會抽驗彰化和美地區汙染稻作、蔬菜、芝麻等11件農作樣本的重金屬含量，截至今天中午為止，結果尚未出爐。工業汙染農地究竟有多嚴重？農委會一年監控高風險汙染農地超過500件，只要監測到作物含重金屬超標，作物必須全數剷除銷毀。
經環保單位確認土壤有重金屬汙染，農地需停耕，停耕期間由環保署給予每公頃4.5萬停耕補助。工廠造成的汙染後果，不僅農民、農地、農作受害，最後要向污染者求償。
