| 通緝犯出庭… 心臟病發急送院

新竹縣戴姓男子涉及妨害性自主案通緝，因心臟疾病在林口長庚醫院急診室候床，被神通廣大警方發現，推上輪椅帶回地院歸案，出庭時突然上氣不接下氣，擔心發生意外，趕緊責付給家屬並諭知限制住居，家屬趕緊再將他送回醫院。
法官表示，逮捕通緝犯應考量被告身體狀況，以安全為重，否則萬一在解送過程或在開庭時出狀況，後果難以想像。
